Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the most out of your MyMeow box. We ask you all the necessary questions in our subscription form so we can tailor your order to your cat. Whether they are a kitten, adult, or senior ones, they all get goodies that are suitable for their age.

Yes, at the moment, we do not have a subscription box for two cats, so you will need to subscribe twice.
No, our boxes are subscription based but you can cancel any time.
You should write the gift receiver's address in the shipping address section. In the billing address section, you should write your own address. Then, we will send your gift.
Yes. To do this, you can create a new account for a second box. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you further.
Unfortunately, we don’t send any samples. However, If you have a fussy cat, you can let us know in the “cat detail” section when you sign up and we will do our best to customise the box for you.

If you were to go out and buy each item separately, the products in our boxes would cost you at least £40. But a MyMeow subscription is only £22.90 per month! To save you the maths, at least £17.10 in savings per month adds up to £205.20 per year!

Yes, payments are taken monthly unless you select long-term upfront payment plans.
You will be billed for your first box as soon as you subscribe, and it will be mailed out to you the next business day. It typically takes 2-3 business days for your MyMeow box to arrive in the U.K.
Warning: waiting for your MyMeow box may feel like the longest days of your LIFE!
After that, your monthly payments will be on the 18th of every month (for as long as you’re subscribed), and your MyMeow box will ship out no later than the 25th of every month.
We only accept debit or credit cards at the moment. If you would like to pay Paypal cash transfer, you need to pay yearly subscription in advance.

Yes! Cancelling is just as easy as subscribing. Simply log in and click “Cancel Subscription”! Once you cancel, you will not be charged again! Just remember the billing period is the 18th of every month, so just be sure to cancel before the 18th.
